In der App

CourtSplit öffnen und anmelden.
In der Gruppenübersicht oben rechts auf das Konto-Symbol tippen.
„Konto löschen“ wählen und bestätigen.

Solange du eine Gruppe erstellt hast oder in einer Gruppe noch Zahlungen offen sind, sagt dir die App, was vorher zu erledigen ist.

Ohne die App

Schreib eine E-Mail an hello@courtsplit.de von der Adresse, mit der du dich bei CourtSplit anmeldest, mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Login (E-Mail-Adresse) und deine Geräte-Registrierung für Erinnerungen.
Deine Absagegründe.
Du verlässt alle Gruppen. Dort wird dein Name durch „Deleted user“ ersetzt. Vergangene Termine und die Abrechnung bleiben für die übrigen Mitglieder erhalten, sind aber nicht mehr auf dich zurückführbar.

Delete your account

In the app

Open CourtSplit and sign in.
In the groups overview, tap the account icon at the top right.
Choose "Delete account" and confirm.

If you created a group or still have open payments in a group, the app tells you what to do first.

Without the app

Send an email to hello@courtsplit.de from the address you use to sign in to CourtSplit, with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm this by email.

What is deleted

Your login (email address) and your device registration for reminders.
Your reasons for declining events.
You leave all groups, where your name is replaced by "Deleted user". Past events and the cost split stay available to the remaining members but can no longer be traced back to you.
